History
As a solo-attorney and founder, Constance Locklear established Cascade Legal Solutions to help families in Greater Seattle. For many years, she helped review prenups, draft child custody agreements, and mediate divorces.
In 2026, Constance was recognized and recruited by Wechsler Becker, LLP. The firm brought her on as Partner to lead and grow their Mediation services.
With a reputation for excellence, compassion, and professionalism in the legal community, Constance is proud to serve at a well-respected law firm and remains committed to providing clients with the highest quality legal representation and support possible. Half the battle is knowing when to fight and she is skilled at determining what will be the most efficient and effective use of time and resources.
